It provides a comprehensive guide for married couples, offering practical exercises and scriptural insights to strengthen relationships in a way that honours God.

Statement of Faith

At Port Adelaide Counselling Service, our work is rooted in the truth of God’s Word and the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We believe:

The Bible – The Holy Scriptures (Old and New Testaments) are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
God – There is one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).
Jesus Christ – Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again to bring eternal life to all who trust in Him (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 10:9).
Marriage – God designed marriage as a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, reflecting Christ’s relationship with the Church (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:22-33).
Grace & Transformation – The truths of Scripture, applied by the Holy Spirit, transform individuals and marriages (Romans 12:2).
